Refund policy

 

Clarvo sells digital products (downloadable PDF prompt packs). Because our products are delivered instantly and can be downloaded and kept, all sales are final and we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase is complete.

That said, we want you to be happy with what you buy. If any of the following happen, email us through our Contact page within 14 days of your purchase and we'll make it right:

• Your download link didn't work or you never received your files.

• You were charged more than once for the same order.

• The product is materially not as described.

We'll respond within 2 business days and, where appropriate, re-send your files or issue a refund at our discretion. Because digital goods can't be physically returned, we may ask a couple of quick questions to understand the issue before resolving it.
